About the Condo
This first floor accommodation includes a large, open-lounge, kitchen and dining area, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area and master bedroom open onto balconies with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
The kitchen has long work surfaces and a large breakfasting bar with stools. There is a full size cooker, fridge/freezer blender toaster coffee maker crockery and countless pots pans and general utensils to suit most accomplished cooks.
Why not take a dip in the luxurious swimming pool after a long day's exploring or relax in the over-looking shady gazebo? All of the condo's outside features are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens.
The main bedroom has windows to the full width of two walls to catch both morning and evening light and has a super king size bed, side tables and chair and its own bathroom with walk in shower toilet and basin. Adjacent to this is a wide vanity top with a further basin, well lit mirror and storage under. Beside this is a dressing room/office with ample storage space and natural light. Both bathrooms have natural light and ventilation.
The second bedroom has two double beds, bedside table and light plus dressing table and full width storage cupboard with hanging rails and shelves. This room is immediately adjacent the second bathroom which has a bath with shower and toilet and basin in a vanity unit.
The huge bright living room has a large circular polished hardwood dining table and matching chairs, bookcase (complete with a good range of books, including reference books and magazines, CD player and radio, some family games and playing cards and a selection of CD’s) a two person sofa and two further chairs set around a coffee table and with further side tables.
Bedlinen and hand towels are provided and a weekly maid service is included. Additional maid service is available for very modest extra cost payable direct on site. A fully equipped free to use laundry room provides full sized washers and driers if needed. (Only washing powder is required).
All rooms have fans and all windows open to take full advantage of the sea breezes. Outside, where most of your meals will be taken by choice, is a large terrace with table and four chairs that enjoys peaceful views over the gardens and across to the beach.
Outside and under the apartment is a large private garage available at a small extra cost (negotiable). This too stores two old but serviceable bicycles (used at users’ risk).
